This Game takes place in the City of Manchester NH, we will be using actual locations in the city from time to time. If you'd like to learn more about the city feel free to discuss with people who live there, or do some research.
Civic leaders, like the mayor and chief of police have been changed, but such information will be made available to all players shortly.
Preseason Info
For over 50 years, the city of Manchester has hosted a court of kindred. Although mostly Ordo Dracul, kindred from all paths have at one point in time or another passed through. In the early 1990's the Invictus standard was made official in North America by the majority of kindred. by 1995, The city of Manchester was an officially recognized court to the kindred of North America.
Around the year 2000, the Ordo prince of Manchester went missing and the city went without a leader for a long time as the kindred awaited his return, when he never returned, talks started on finding a new prince. When a Coterie of Invictus kindred from New York showed up, a new prince was put into power.
(Season 1)
The Invictus prince Samuel Dillinger was seated as prince and ruled over a relatively peaceful time in the city of Manchester. Around the end of 2011 a dangerous kindred named Dresden Von Murick traveled through the north east and caused a terror unlike any the court of Manchester had ever seen. The new kindred of the city stepped up and helped saved the city from the mad kindred but the attacks taxed the Dillinger court too much and in time a new prince had rose. The Ordo had taken back their city with their prince Vukasin Ilyich.
(Season 2)
With the new Ilyich administration at the wheel, the city of Manchester faced yet another threat; the were wolves of the north east. Pure tribes from Vermont and forsaken tribes from New Hampshire all set their sites on the kindred city of Manchester. The kindred tried their best to stop the coming war but soon became the battle ground for it. In the end prince Ilyich was taken to Torpor in battle and in the political vacuum an other Ordo stepped up; Nemo.
(The summer)
The summer has been easy going in the state of New Hampshire with both the supernatural and political scenes for Kindred cooling down. Between May and October very little happened in the state. The Nemo administration has been without issue but with longer nights on their way and still no word from the old prince, kindred have started to become more interested in the court's going on. On top of all that, there was the quake. The largest earth quake felt in the New England in recent years has seemingly awoken many things now. Just what will the kindred of Manchester see visit them this season?
Now is the time of great change in the northeast. How will the kindred of Manchester effect the out come? Will your kindred throw their hat into the politics of New Hampshire? Or do the Mysteries of the White mountains call to your beast? Are all those other notions mere distractions from your bigger focus? Are you a being of great faith?
